As brand competition intensifies in the African beauty market, a Zambian cosmetics company urgently needed to upgrade its production system and expand its market based on its own brand. After the equipment was delivered across borders, our engineering team overcame geographical and environmental differences and quickly arrived at the customer's factory to provide full-process services. During the installation phase, we accurately completed equipment positioning, pipeline connection, and system debugging, repeatedly verifying equipment operating parameters to ensure smooth connection of all equipment and compliance with production standards. During the training phase, we developed a targeted plan, first popularizing the working principles, safety regulations, and maintenance points of the equipment through illustrated manuals and on-site explanations, and then providing hands-on guidance to employees in actual production scenarios, including raw material input, parameter setting, finished product filling, labeling, and packaging, correcting operational errors in real time, and answering questions about equipment operation to ensure that every trained employee can independently perform their job operations.

Following the successful implementation of the collaboration, the client's production line has achieved branded and highly efficient operation. The OEM equipment not only enhanced brand recognition on the production floor but also ensured product quality through stable performance. The water treatment system and vacuum emulsifier significantly improved product purity and smoothness. Filling, labeling, and packaging equipment increased production efficiency by over 45%, and the product qualification rate remained stable at over 99.5%.
