Will the dried glass bottles develop water stains or deformities?
No. The equipment uses a uniform axial hot air flow design, eliminating temperature dead zones and preventing water stains. The temperature can be precisely controlled to suit the high-temperature resistance range of the glass bottles, preventing deformation.
What to do if the sprinkler head is clogged? How to prevent it?
If clogged, turn off the power to the equipment, remove the sprinkler head, and flush it with high-pressure water or soak it in a weak acid solution for 10-15 minutes to clear the blockage. Prevention methods: Clean the water circulation filter regularly to prevent impurities from entering the sprinkler head; use standard clean water (free from large amounts of sediment and impurities) to avoid long-term use of hard water that can cause scale buildup.
What materials can this bagging machine package? Can it handle creams and lotions of different viscosities?
This equipment is primarily designed for packaging liquids, creams, and lotions—particulate-free semi-fluid and fluid materials. Its compatibility covers mainstream categories such as daily chemicals, skincare products, and small-scale food and pharmaceutical products. Whether it's low-viscosity essences, hair oils, and toners; medium-viscosity moisturizers, body lotions, and conditioners; or high-viscosity face creams, hand creams, cream masks, and leave-on masks, it can reliably complete filling and sealing, demonstrating strong versatility. For high-viscosity, easily clumping, and poorly flowing pastes, optional mixing and constant-temperature heating functions are available to optimize the material's state in advance, completely avoiding problems such as filling blockages, wall adhesion, and uneven dispensing. It can handle materials without coarse particles or strong corrosiveness without affecting metering accuracy or packaging results.
The sticky material on the inner wall of a mixing pot is difficult to clean after use. What are some effective cleaning methods?
The inner wall of a PP mixing pot is smooth and rust-free. Cleaning the sticky material can be done based on the material characteristics and the type of material:
General cleaning (water-soluble/low-viscosity sticky materials): Use a high-pressure water jet to directly flush the inner wall, and use a soft-bristled brush (to avoid scratching the PP surface) to scrub any hard corners. If there is dried-on material, soak it in warm water (≤60°C) for 10-30 minutes to soften it before rinsing.
Stubborn sticky material (oily/high-viscosity materials): Use a neutral detergent (such as dishwashing liquid) or a suitable weak solvent (such as ethanol; verify compatibility between the material and the solvent) to wipe it clean, then rinse with clean water. Avoid using strong acid or alkaline cleaning agents (although PP is corrosion-resistant, they may react with residual material to produce harmful substances).
Long-term maintenance: Clean the pot promptly after each use to prevent material from drying out. After cleaning, wipe the inner wall dry to prevent microbial growth in a humid environment.
