Evacuation: Activate the vacuum system (consisting of a vacuum pump, vacuum valve, etc.) to evacuate the interior of the emulsifier, creating a negative pressure environment (typically up to -0.09 MPa).

Agitation Structure: Typically uses a "frame agitator + scraper" combination (for high-viscosity materials):

Through shearing, folding, and convection, the different materials are initially mixed and their stratification is broken down.

The PTFE scraper rotates closely against the pot wall, thoroughly scraping away any sticky material adhering to the pot wall, preventing localized overheating and residue, and ensuring zero dead zones.

Homogenizer Structure: A high-speed rotating homogenizer is installed at the bottom (or side) of the emulsifier, consisting of a rotor (with sharp teeth) and a stator (with fixed teeth). Working Principle: The rotor rotates at an extremely high speed, generating a strong centrifugal force that draws the material into the gap between the rotor and the stator. In this gap, the material is subjected to the triple effects of shear force, impact force, and turbulent force. The teeth of the rotor and stator quickly cut the material and generate high-frequency vibrations.

What is RO water treatment? What is the core function of RO membranes?

RO water treatment, or reverse osmosis water treatment technology, utilizes the selective permeability of reverse osmosis membranes (RO membranes). Under external pressure, water molecules are forced through the membrane while impurities (such as salt, heavy metals, organic matter, and microorganisms) are retained, thereby purifying the water.The core function of RO membranes is high-precision filtration. With a pore size of only approximately 0.1 nanometers, they can effectively remove over 99% of dissolved solids (such as calcium and magnesium ions), heavy metals (such as lead and arsenic), bacteria, viruses, and organic matter from water, producing extremely pure water.

Can the water produced by an RO water purifier be drunk directly? Why?

The water produced by a qualified RO water purifier (i.e., "purified water") is generally drinkable directly.

This is because the high-precision filtration of the RO membrane removes harmful microorganisms (bacteria, viruses), heavy metals, pesticide residues, and other contaminants from the raw water, resulting in a water quality that meets the requirements for direct drinking. However, it is important to regularly replace the filter cartridge to ensure proper operation of the device.

Will poor raw water quality (such as high turbidity or hardness) affect the performance of RO equipment?

It can have a significant impact.

Highly turbid raw water (containing large amounts of sediment and colloids) can accelerate clogging of pre-filters (PP cotton) and activated carbon elements, shortening replacement cycles and increasing maintenance costs.Highly hard raw water (containing large amounts of calcium and magnesium ions) can easily form scale (calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate) on the RO membrane surface, reducing filtration efficiency and even causing irreversible damage, shortening the life of the membrane.For this type of water quality, it is recommended to add a pretreatment device (such as a prefilter or softener) before the RO system to reduce the raw water's turbidity or hardness before entering the RO system.

Perfume Freezing Filter Making Machine
Why does perfume require freeze filtration? Is traditional filtration an alternative?

Traditional filtration only removes visible solid impurities. Soluble organic matter, colloids, and trace microorganisms in perfume are difficult to separate at room temperature, easily leading to turbidity, precipitation, and aroma deterioration after storage. Freeze filtration uses a low-temperature environment of -5°C to -15°C (depending on the formulation) to condense these hidden impurities into solid particles. These particles are then thoroughly trapped through precision filtration, while simultaneously allowing the fragrance components to fully blend. This is a core process that ensures the stability of high-end perfumes.

Does the filtration process cause loss of fragrance components?

High-quality equipment uses a gradient filtration design (such as a 0.22μm precision filter membrane) to capture only condensed impurities and avoid adsorbing active fragrance molecules.

How should the equipment be cleaned daily? Can it be rinsed directly with water?

Wipe the exterior with a dry cloth first. Stubborn stains can be removed with a soft cloth dampened with a neutral detergent. Never use hard objects such as steel wool to scratch the surface. Internal piping that comes into contact with materials should be rinsed with purified water and then disinfected with anhydrous ethanol. However, the entire device should not be immersed in water or rinsed with a high-pressure water jet to avoid damage to electrical components.

If the liquid is still turbid after filtration, what could be the cause?

Common causes include: ① Insufficient freezing (low temperature or too short a freezing time); ② Clogged filter element or overly large pore size; ③ Uneven material flow leading to insufficient localized condensation. Solution: Extend the freezing time, replace the 0.1μm precision filter element, check the pipes for blockage, and optimize flow control.

Process Adjustment: Reduce the mixing speed to prevent excessive air from being drawn into the material by high-speed turbulence. If homogenization is required, proceed in stages to reduce bubbles generated by a single shearing operation.

Assisted Degassing: For materials that can be heated, increase the temperature appropriately to reduce viscosity and promote bubble bubbling. Alternatively, allow the material to rest for a period of time after mixing to allow bubbles to dissipate naturally before proceeding to the next step.

Suitable Applications: This equipment is more suitable for products that are not sensitive to bubbles. For precision products requiring bubble-free production, a model with a vacuum function is recommended.

Polypropylene PP Mixing Tank
Which mixing pot should I choose between a PP and a stainless steel mixing pot?

When the material is corrosive, a PP mixing pot is more advantageous. Stainless steel (such as 304) has poor resistance to acids and alkalis (easily corroded by hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide). For corrosion protection, upgrading to 316L stainless steel is necessary, which costs 2-3 times more than PP. PP, on the other hand, can withstand low- to medium-concentration corrosive media and offers low maintenance (no rust removal required, and low scaling).

When the material is non-corrosive, a stainless steel mixing pot is more advantageous. Stainless steel offers higher temperature resistance (up to 200°C), greater strength (suitable for high-viscosity materials), and a higher hygienic grade (easy to clean aseptically), making it suitable for non-corrosive but demanding applications such as food and pharmaceuticals.

The sticky material on the inner wall of a mixing pot is difficult to clean after use. What are some effective cleaning methods?

The inner wall of a PP mixing pot is smooth and rust-free. Cleaning the sticky material can be done based on the material characteristics and the type of material:

General cleaning (water-soluble/low-viscosity sticky materials): Use a high-pressure water jet to directly flush the inner wall, and use a soft-bristled brush (to avoid scratching the PP surface) to scrub any hard corners. If there is dried-on material, soak it in warm water (≤60°C) for 10-30 minutes to soften it before rinsing.

 

Stubborn sticky material (oily/high-viscosity materials): Use a neutral detergent (such as dishwashing liquid) or a suitable weak solvent (such as ethanol; verify compatibility between the material and the solvent) to wipe it clean, then rinse with clean water. Avoid using strong acid or alkaline cleaning agents (although PP is corrosion-resistant, they may react with residual material to produce harmful substances).

Long-term maintenance: Clean the pot promptly after each use to prevent material from drying out. After cleaning, wipe the inner wall dry to prevent microbial growth in a humid environment.

Why are wrinkles, leaks, or uneven edges appearing after sealing? How can this be addressed?

These issues are often caused by three core factors, with corresponding solutions as follows:

Temperature mismatch: If the temperature is too low, the edge seal will not adhere well and leaks may occur; if the temperature is too high, it may burn and wrinkle. Adjust the sealing temperature using the PLC touch screen.

Insufficient pressure/time: The sealing cylinder pressure should be adjusted according to the hose material, and the sealing head pressing time should be ≥ 1.5 seconds to avoid a poor seal caused by insufficient pressure or short pressing time.

Mold wear/alignment deviation: Inspect the sealing mold for scratches and deformation. Replace if worn. If the label is misaligned with the seal, calibrate the photoelectric sensor position.

Always disconnect the power cord during cleaning to prevent short circuits.

What causes leakage or loose caps after capping?

Most likely, the capping torque parameters do not match the product characteristics. You can recalibrate the torque through the touch screen. If the problem persists, check whether the bottle clamp is too loose or whether there is any dimensional deviation in the cap.

The printer isn't printing properly after a long period of inactivity. Is the printhead broken?

The printhead is most likely clogged due to dried ink, rather than complete damage. Prolonged inactivity is one of the main causes of inkjet printer clogs. Ink dries in the tiny nozzles, hindering ink flow. Try performing the automatic printhead cleaning procedure 2-3 times. If this doesn't work, remove the printhead, soak it in anhydrous alcohol for half an hour, then rinse (this requires professional operation; novice printers are advised to have the printer serviced). After the alcohol has completely evaporated, reinstall and test. It's recommended to perform a self-check at least once a week to prevent the printhead from drying out.

Restart the device and reset the heat seal temperature (refer to the film material's suitable temperature: BOPP film is typically 120-160°C). How do I choose the right storage tank material?

Select based on the characteristics of the storage medium. For example, 316L stainless steel is preferred for food storage, while 304 or PE can be used for general water storage.

Do special operating conditions (such as high temperature or high pressure) require special customization?

Yes. High-temperature applications require the use of heat-resistant materials and additional insulation. High-pressure applications require enhanced tank wall thickness and sealing structures. Both require individual designs according to corresponding industry standards.

What should I check before daily use of a storage tank?

What precautions should be taken before and during equipment startup?

Before startup: Check that the disperser disc is securely installed, the container is clamped securely, and the lifting mechanism is flexible. Also, verify the material level (it must be submerged above the disperser disc to prevent damage from idling or material splashing).During operation: Start at a low speed and gradually increase to the target speed. Manually adjusting the lifting height during operation is prohibited; always stop the machine to avoid hand entanglement.

How often should the disperser and homogenizer be cleaned? How should they be cleaned properly?

Cleaning Frequency: Cleaning is required every time a material is changed to prevent cross-contamination. When the same material is used continuously, cleaning is recommended every 24 hours. Cleaning Method: Rinse with clean water or a suitable solvent (e.g., alcohol for oily materials, clean water for water-based materials). Remove stubborn stains with a soft brush. Avoid scratching with hard objects to avoid damage.

Why is the equipment suddenly noisier during operation?

There are three common causes: First, the disperser disc is colliding with the container wall, requiring the machine to be stopped and adjusted for lift height or container position; second, the motor bearings are worn, requiring inspection and replacement if wear is severe; and third, hard impurities (such as metal particles) may be mixed into the material, requiring the machine to be stopped and cleaned to prevent damage to the disperser disc.
