This automatic tube filling and sealing machine is suitable for automatic orientate eye marks, filling, sealing, date printing, and tail cutting of various plastic tubes and aluminum-plastic composite tubes. It is widely used in daily chemical, medical, food, and other industries. (For example, toothpaste, facial cleanser, sunscreen, etc.) Features: This machine uses touch screen and PLC control, automatic tube loading and positioning, and a heat phoenix heating system formed by imported fast and efficient heaters and high-stable flow needles.
It has a firm seal, fast speed, no damage to the seal surface, and a beautiful and neat seal. The machine can be equipped with a variety of filling heads of different specifications to meet the filling requirements of different viscosity, and is equipped with organic glass anti-seal.
The oven completely adopt axial fan equipped with automatic constant temperature control system, which is provided with computer control system for option. The working principle is to make use of the steam or electric heat source, through heating the air by heat exchanger and adopting the axial fan as the driving power, the moisture content of hot materials is reduced so as to realize the purpose of drying.
Bottles are placed to this machine by hand, batch located and both inside and outside washed. In this machine, bottles will be washed twice by water and once by air. The machine could guarantee high pressure water column and compressed air jet into bottles precisely. Bottles will be first washed by normal clean water, then by pure water (Pure water will be stocked in a water tank and recycled), at last by compressed air which could blow drop let off the bottle and enhance the efficiency of bottle dry.

A cosmetics and daily chemical product manufacturer from the Philippines customized a high-configuration vacuum emulsifying machine from us to improve the production efficiency and stability of its emulsions and creams. The client had high requirements for the homogenization effect, automation level, and production stability, so several customized upgrades were made to the standard vacuum emulsifier. The most crucial improvement was upgrading the traditional bottom homogenizing structure to an external circulation homogenizing system. High-shear homogenization is achieved through external material circulation pipelines, resulting in more uniform and delicate emulsification, reducing dead zones, and improving overall processing efficiency.

Will poor raw water quality (such as high turbidity or hardness) affect the performance of RO equipment?
It can have a significant impact.
Highly turbid raw water (containing large amounts of sediment and colloids) can accelerate clogging of pre-filters (PP cotton) and activated carbon elements, shortening replacement cycles and increasing maintenance costs.Highly hard raw water (containing large amounts of calcium and magnesium ions) can easily form scale (calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate) on the RO membrane surface, reducing filtration efficiency and even causing irreversible damage, shortening the life of the membrane.For this type of water quality, it is recommended to add a pretreatment device (such as a prefilter or softener) before the RO system to reduce the raw water's turbidity or hardness before entering the RO system.
Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine
Why are wrinkles, leaks, or uneven edges appearing after sealing? How can this be addressed?
These issues are often caused by three core factors, with corresponding solutions as follows:
Temperature mismatch: If the temperature is too low, the edge seal will not adhere well and leaks may occur; if the temperature is too high, it may burn and wrinkle. Adjust the sealing temperature using the PLC touch screen.
Insufficient pressure/time: The sealing cylinder pressure should be adjusted according to the hose material, and the sealing head pressing time should be ≥ 1.5 seconds to avoid a poor seal caused by insufficient pressure or short pressing time.
Mold wear/alignment deviation: Inspect the sealing mold for scratches and deformation. Replace if worn. If the label is misaligned with the seal, calibrate the photoelectric sensor position.
