RO Water Treatment
In cosmetics production, water is a fundamental raw material or a crucial solvent for many products, and its purity directly impacts product quality. Water treatment equipment removes impurities, microorganisms, heavy metal ions, organic matter, and other harmful substances from raw water through processes such as filtration, ion exchange, and reverse osmosis, producing purified or deionized water that meets cosmetic production standards.
This treated water enters the production process as a raw material for creams, lotions, and other formulations, preventing product problems such as precipitation, stratification, and deterioration caused by impurities in the water. This ensures product safety and reduces the risk of skin irritation.
Vacuum Emulsifying Machine/Mixing Homogenizer Machine
Oil-phase ingredients (such as oils and waxes) and aqueous-phase ingredients (such as treated water and moisturizers) are placed in separate containers for preheating and other treatments before being introduced into an emulsifying pot.
Under vacuum, the equipment's high-speed rotating emulsifying head generates powerful shear, stirring, and impact forces, thoroughly mixing the oil and aqueous phases and reducing material particles to micron or even nanometer levels, forming a uniform and stable emulsion. Filling and Capping Machines
Empty cosmetic containers (e.g., bottles) are transported to the filling station via a conveyor.
