Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Equipment
The Flip Cover Liquid Wash Mixing Homogenizing Tank is a material handling equipment designed for ease of operation and flexible adaptability, widely used in the cosmetics, daily chemical, and food industries. Its open-top structure with a removable lid facilitates feeding, sampling, material status monitoring, and post-cleaning, significantly improving process adjustment efficiency. Its core features include a high-shear homogenization system and a stirring mechanism.
The strong shear action of the rotor and stator rapidly micronizes solid particles and oil-phase materials to the micron level, achieving uniform emulsification of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials. Compared to closed-type equipment, the open-top homogenizer emphasizes flexibility and efficiency, requiring no vacuum system and quickly responding to small and multi-batch production needs.
The Sealed Homogenizing mixing tank is an industrial-grade material handling equipment that integrates four core functions: vacuum defoaming, high-speed homogenization, efficient stirring, and precise temperature control. It is widely used in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries.
It is specially designed to solve the mixing, emulsification, homogenization and degassing needs of high-viscosity, multi-phase (solid-liquid, liquid-liquid) materials. It can produce delicate, stable, bubble-free creams, lotions, gels, ointments, sauces and other products.
Reverse Osmosis RO water treatment equipment (reverse osmosis water treatment equipment) is a high-efficiency water purification device based on reverse osmosis membrane separation technology.
Through physical filtration and selective permeation principles, it accurately removes impurities, salts, microorganisms and other harmful substances from raw water. It is widely used in industrial production, domestic drinking water, medical pharmaceuticals, food processing and other fields, providing stable and clean water quality solutions for different scenarios.
Designed and manufactured in accordance with GMP standards, the tank body is available in SUS316L or SUS304. The interior and exterior are mirror-polished, and the tank body features corner welds for easy cleaning. The sealed type head is equipped with a manhole, spray balls, etc., and can be connected to CIP cleaning, feeding holes, and discharge holes.
The open style features a half open lid that is convenient for cleaning. Liquid level measurement, heating, and cooling systems are also available upon request. These tanks are suitable for storing liquid products such as creams and lotions.
Applicable Pharmaceuticals Mixing Types
FULUKE's equipment is suitable for the production of various pharmaceutical types, including but not limited to:
Main Pharmaceutical Equipment and Function Introduction
RO Water Treatment
Through multi-media filtration (removing sediment and suspended solids) → activated carbon adsorption (removing residual chlorine, organic matter, and odor) → precision filtration (filtration accuracy of 1-5μm, removing colloids and large particles), we prevent clogging or contamination of subsequent core purification equipment (such as reverse osmosis membranes and ion exchange resins), laying the foundation for in-depth purification. This stage applies to all pre-treatment processes for pharmaceutical water preparation and is critical to ensuring the efficiency of subsequent purification.
For sterile injectable and ophthalmic preparations, a "reverse osmosis (RO) + electrodeionization (EDI) + multi-effect distillation (MEE)" process is required to purify raw water to "pyrogen-free, microbial-free, and ion-free" standards. For oral solid dosage forms, oral liquid preparations, and topical creams, a "reverse osmosis (RO) + ion exchange" process is used to remove heavy metals, microorganisms, and most organic matter, meeting the requirements of drug dissolution, dilution, and cleaning.
Vacuum Emulsifying Machine/Mixing Homogenizer Machine
Vacuum emulsifiers for the pharmaceutical industry must feature aseptic design, precise temperature control, and fine homogenization. Their core function is to achieve aseptic homogenization and stable dispersion of materials. All parts of the equipment that come into contact with the material (emulsification pot, agitator, and homogenizing head) are constructed of 316L stainless steel, meeting GMP requirements for easy cleaning and no blind spots.
Equipped with a jacketed heating/cooling system, the system circulates thermal oil or pure water to precisely control the emulsification temperature. Operating in a vacuum environment, the system removes air entrained during mixing, preventing air bubbles, cavities, and oxidation deterioration in the drug product. This also reduces air bubble interference during subsequent filling, ensuring accurate metering.
Filling and Capping Machines
The filling and capping machine automates quantitative filling and sealing. It adapts filling methods to suit different product characteristics. After the container is conveyed and positioned, the preset dosage of product is precisely injected, followed by automatic or manual capping and sealing. Consistent capping torque prevents leaks and improves production efficiency.
Packaging Machine
According to different product packaging requirements, packaging machines of different specifications and types are designed to complete various packaging operations.
