Food Making Machine
Reverse Osmosis RO water treatment equipment (reverse osmosis water treatment equipment) is a high-efficiency water purification device based on reverse osmosis membrane separation technology.
Through physical filtration and selective permeation principles, it accurately removes impurities, salts, microorganisms and other harmful substances from raw water. It is widely used in industrial production, domestic drinking water, medical pharmaceuticals, food processing and other fields, providing stable and clean water quality solutions for different scenarios.
Designed and manufactured in accordance with GMP standards, the tank body is available in SUS316L or SUS304. The interior and exterior are mirror-polished, and the tank body features corner welds for easy cleaning. The sealed type head is equipped with a manhole, spray balls, etc., and can be connected to CIP cleaning, feeding holes, and discharge holes.
The open style features a half open lid that is convenient for cleaning. Liquid level measurement, heating, and cooling systems are also available upon request. These tanks are suitable for storing liquid products such as creams and lotions.

RO Water Treatment
Water is a core ingredient in foods like sauces and beverages (water typically accounts for ≥80% of beverages and 30%-70% of sauces). The core function of water treatment equipment is to provide pure water that meets food-grade standards, adapting different treatment processes to the differences between the two product types.
Conductivity meters equipped with water treatment equipment monitor water quality in real time, ensuring that every batch of raw water meets the requirements of the National Food Safety Standard.
Vacuum Emulsifying Machine / Mixing Homogenizer Machine
It is primarily suitable for emulsions, suspensions, and pastes such as salad dressing, mayonnaise, ketchup, peanut butter, jam, and cream. The core advantage of this vacuum emulsifier is its "homogeneous emulsification + vacuum degassing" capability, precisely tailored to the production needs of sauces and specialty beverages.
The high-speed emulsifying head generates shear force, evenly dispersing the oil phase in the water phase, forming a stable emulsion with a particle size of 2-5 microns, preventing oil-water stratification.
Filling and Capping Machines
The filling and capping machine automates quantitative filling and sealing. It adapts filling methods to suit different product characteristics. After the container is conveyed and positioned, the preset dosage of product is precisely injected, followed by automatic or manual capping and sealing. Consistent capping torque prevents leaks and improves production efficiency.
