What should I check before daily use of a storage tank?
Inspect the tank for signs of deformation or leakage, and check that the sealing components are intact.
Confirm that the level gauge, pressure gauge, and other instruments are displaying normal readings and that the valves are opening and closing freely.
If storing flammable or explosive media, check that the anti-static device is effective.
What content can an inkjet printer print?
It can print text, time, date (Julian Year), logo, shift, SN, Dynamic Barcode/OR Code, Dynamic Serial Data, and Dynamic Database (additional content can be added as required).
Can you make a design for us?

After a few years of use, the equipment's labeling accuracy has decreased. What could be the problem?
Decreased accuracy is often related to component wear. Focus on inspecting three areas.
Inspect the labeling roller: Surface wear or adhesive buildup can cause unstable label feeding and require replacement.
Inspect the servo motor: Motor aging can cause unstable speed. Contact maintenance personnel to inspect the motor's performance.
Inspect the photoelectric sensor: Dust accumulation or reduced sensitivity on the lens can affect positioning. Clean the lens or recalibrate it.
