The fixed vacuum emulsifier is an industrial device designed specifically for homogenizing and emulsifying high-viscosity materials. It utilizes a fixed installation structure and features a high-efficiency vacuum system, which rapidly removes air bubbles from materials within a closed environment, preventing oxidation and ensuring product smoothness and stability.

 

Equipped with a high-speed homogenizing head, it uses strong shear forces to micronize materials to a fine level, achieving uniform mixing of different ingredients and easily preparing products such as creams, lotions, and gels. Furthermore, the device integrates intelligent temperature control and wall scraping and stirring functions to precisely control process temperatures, eliminating material adhesion and dead corners. It meets the production needs of various industries, including cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food, and offers both efficiency and reliability.

Fixed Vacuum Emulsifying Machine: Key Features

⦁ Vacuum System
Start the vacuum system (consisting of a vacuum pump, vacuum valve, etc.) to evacuate the inside of the stirring pot to create a negative pressure environment (usually the vacuum degree can reach -0.09MPa).
⦁ Cleaning function
The vacuum homogenizing mixing pot can be equipped with a CIP cleaning system according to customer needs, which can automatically clean the inside of the equipment to improve production efficiency and hygiene level.
⦁ Mixing system
Mixing system: Frame agitator (speed of about 0-65rpm) mixes different materials such as oil phase and water phase through shearing, folding and convection, breaking up the material stratification; the polytetrafluoroethylene scraper rotates close to the pot wall, thoroughly scraping off the sticky material attached to the pot wall, avoiding local overheating or residue of the material, and ensuring there is no dead corner for mixing.
⦁ Homogenizing System
A high-speed rotating homogenizing head is installed at the bottom (or side) of the emulsifier. It consists of a rotor (with sharp teeth) and a stator (with fixed teeth). The rotor rotates at high speed, generating a powerful centrifugal force that draws the material into the gap between the rotor and stator. Within this gap, the material is subjected to a triple force of shear, impact, and turbulence. The teeth of the rotor and stator rapidly cut the material, while also generating high-frequency vibrations.

How does the vacuum homogenizer work?

The vacuum homogenizer's operating process revolves around four core steps: vacuum degassing, high-speed homogenization and emulsification, stirring and mixing, and temperature control. Through the coordinated operation of multiple systems, it achieves refined material processing. The following is its specific operating principle and process:

1. Pretreatment: Material feeding and vacuum environment establishment

Material preparation: First, add the basic materials, such as the oil phase (such as oils and waxes) and the aqueous phase (such as water and water-soluble ingredients), to their corresponding batching tanks or directly into the main emulsifier in sequence.

Evacuation: Activate the vacuum system (consisting of a vacuum pump, vacuum valve, etc.) to evacuate the interior of the emulsifier, creating a negative pressure environment (typically up to -0.09 MPa).

Agitation Structure: Typically uses a "frame agitator + scraper" combination (for high-viscosity materials):

The PTFE scraper rotates closely against the pot wall, thoroughly scraping away any sticky material adhering to the pot wall, preventing localized overheating and residue, and ensuring zero dead zones.
